Governance Training Programme 2016-17

Governance Training Programme 2016-17

Please find all governor training courses for the 2016-17 academic year listed below. Governors may seek further information and book on each course individually by selecting the 'Further Information' link alongside the corresponding date and time.

A paper version of the programme is available to view within your school or academy; however, an electronic copy may be downloaded towards the bottom of this page. Courses are reviewed regularly to ensure that they reflect both national initiatives and changes in legislation and are scheduled at various times throughout the day and early evening to accommodate governors with work or family commitments.

Information on Partnership Forums, Chairs' Briefings and the annual Governor Conference can be found under the 'News, Events and Updates' section of the site.

Further information about the GEL Governor E-Learning package, please follow the instructions on the 'Governor Training' Section of the site

If you would like to discuss any aspects of the Governor Training Programme further, please contact the Governor Services Team on 01204 334005 or via email at governor.services@bolton.gov.uk
